Very bad service

I have order food at KFC vereeniging online, I received the sms from the driver to say I'm 5 minutes away, guess what 3minutes later I received a call from vereeniging KFC to say "we are very sorry we are out of stock, meaning you can't receive your order". And by then the order is paid for, we are hungry as Im writing now. The best part is I used more than R50 to make a call to the head office to exchange the order to 5pieces of chicken, Lehlohonolo said unfortunately the order has been cancelled, and there's nothing he can do even if I'm hungry, I must wait for 7 working days for my refund. Guys this is not the 1st this thing is happening to me. KFC vereeniging and their head office is useless, they must just close it. Im going to bed hungry tonight not by choice but because of kfc choice. I wonder if they are really donating those R2 to the poor, I wonder if they know and understand how frustrating it is to go to bed hungry. I'm so upset because even if you call head office they don't help. Even their delivery driver he said he's on his way to give my money back, 30minutes later I called him, and he said kfc must sort it out. If disappointment was a person, that's me. I want to delete their app and block their numbers. Never mind me, imagine my daughter must go to bed hungry because her mom decided to give her last money to kfc. USELESS
