Very bad service

**** service, iam so angry. I ordered food at kfc bp meaddpwlands via uber eats and now itsbeen 2 hours waiting for my order and what paons me is that that they are 2.3km away from my house. I was just tpld if my order hasn't come thru in 30min i must call uber eats and ask for refund.
