Very bad service

First time I ordered food(drive through) when I proceed to next window to pay cashier forgot what I ordered. Second time meat was undercooked with blood. Third time I ordered food (drive through) I was card machine is not working I must go In and pay. I mean there's valid reason why used drive through and the lady was very rude she end up telling me to cancel order if I can't go inside the store to pay. I am disabled I left without food even Manager couldn't help me out
