Very Bad Service

I am so unhappy with the service that we received at KFC Hazeldean. We ordered hotwings, which we were told would take 15mins to make as they had none left(fair enough), so since there was a couple of cars in front of us and behind us in the drive thru, we didn't mind waiting. After about 20mins of waiting we finally got to the pick up window, where we were told "sorry your order is not ready, we've only just put in the wings, please go wait by the parking" this was frustrating as we had already waited +20mins. We waited at the parking a further 10mins still no one came to check up, my Husband then went to the pick up window, where he was given our order, the person assisting had attitude and was unapologetic.
