VERY BAD SERVICE

On Sunday the 28/10/2018 around past 13h00 I went to buy four zinger wings at the KFC in cnr Bree and Twist in Johannesburg a very busy franchise and their music was so very LOUD all the staff dancing to the song Master KG a very popular song, the bad part about this the supervisor was also part of the party busy voiding wrong orders with her dance moves, I waited for my order and eventually they brought me a wrong order, I was so very upset in a sense that the very same loud music in the store made the cashiers to take wrong orders, while I was waiting for them to fix the mistake a lady also complained about her order being mixed up....still the music was not lowered down with no apology and as soon as the song ends they screamed for REPEAT. Can the manager please review the cameras so they could see what I am talking about and the experienced I went through.
