VERY BAD SERVICE

Whenever we go to KFC Commercial road Sidwell, there is no ice cream for the last 5 months already. We go in and either the machine is broken or there simply is no ice cream. My friend drove at night to KFC in the drive through and ordered a wrap. The cashier then told him there is no wraps. He then wanted to order a burger and she told him that the only make chicken and chips at night. My other friend ordered 3 meals a few days ago. One of the meals cooldrink was not in the bag and when he went back they simply refused to give the cooldrink wich he paid for because he threw the slip away. Shouldn't they have the copies of the slips on the system? If you go to google and search KFC Commercial road Sidwell. I'm sure you'll see the reviews of all the bad service other people are experiencing at KFC . Long quies , cashiers talking to each other. Waiting too long for our food etc. There is direct compitition accross the road and Id rather eat McDonalds my WHOLE life than wasting my time at KFC.
