Very bad service

I was in KFC and get to order a wicket lunch box the cashier told me they don't have the cold drink in the class there's only the golden can the bottle and I need to pay extra so ask her why are you advertising things that you don't have a then ask her to give me a very Berry Crush as well she said they don't have it is out of stock that is very very very bad service why are you ever dazing things that you don't have and then the cashier called the manager the manager did not greet not saying anything and giving me an attitude and the chashier ask her so what now and she's just shaking her head and looking at us
