VERY BAD/POOR SERVICE

I phoned the 086 number to place a order for a delivery. They took my order down and everything after an hour I phoned and they confirmed that someone would phone me back. A guy phoned me from a *** number confirmed they only have 1 scooter now but no one notified me I phoned them after a hour then the guy confirmed they would only take 20min. We waited another 40min after which we phoned the complains department they confirmed I need to hold they wil phone the branch and confirm what is the problem and then after about 10min on hold he dropped the phone i phoned them back about 10min and he was full of stories so I canceled my order. We desided to drive to KFC in van der hoff to our surprise it took them 15min to take my order prepare our food and everything. But let me tell you from Pretoria North's KFC and Nina parks KFC I would NEVER buy from KFC in van der hoff the store is so dirty and the people placing the orders are so rude. WHY BOTHER HAVING A DELIVERY SYSTEM IF IT'S NOT EVEN FULL FUNCTIONAL??? It's pathetic!!!
