very bad food

I ordered a fully loaded box meal. When me and my wife got home wanting to eat. 1st the mash I couldn't even eat because it was tast like it was Burnt..... 2nd the chips was old.. As if it was the day befores chips that they gave us. 3de the buns where old. What is going on? It's not the first time that this has happened. We buy from them at least twice a week.. And to spend R200 and not even get to eat the food that's the worst. I want to know what you are going to do about this. I can't keep on loosing money and I'm sure I'm not the only person.
