Very bad experience at kfc zevenwaght mall

Last night was at KFC in zevenwaght mall firstly when I got there at about 21:45 asked for a streetwise 5 and the cashier Akhona told us that there was no chicken I then told her why and she called the manager. The manager Nobuhle was so rude and I told her that that is no way to speak to the customers and asked her for her area managers number she then said that she don't want to and showed me her name badge and told me here report me. She also said that there was only drumsticks in their cooler. The cashier then said there was 3 streetwise 2s and said she will pack it t make a wise5 . when I got home found that there were 3 drumsticks and 2 other pieces in the box the chicken was so dry and damaged like it was taken out of the ******* bin told my wife to chuck it away was so angry u pay for fresh food and how can KFC run out of chicken I wonder what they are making this morning as chicken takes a long time to thaw. The manager should be fired and should be replaced with someone who knows what customer service is
