Very bad customer service

<p>Very unhappy with you Tygervalley mall branch. Went there a couple of times last week to buy a kit kat crusher only to hear a couple of times that the machine is broke. Then on Friday i went again this time it was working and i got my crusher. So this morning i went there again for a crusher or 2 only to hear that the machine is broken.....i couldnt believe what im hearing as it was just working 2 days ago so i left. Then about 45min later my one co-worker was on her way to the bank coz we work in the mall. When she got back she was carrying 2 kit kat crushers. So im starting to think the ppl working at the kfc here are just to lazy to make the crushers and then they lie to the customers and tell them the machine is broken. This is very bad customer service.</p>
