Very Bad Customer Service

The service at KFC always sick, I have a whatsaap number, I ordered via whatsaap I was told that my order will be ready at 12:48,i got there and my order was not ready and Sane was busy talking about how annoying a customer was. It's 13:00 now and my order is still not ready.
