Very Bad Customer Service

I bought a streetwise five late evening and the teller said I should wait for 15 minutes for the meat which took 45 minutes, I was supposed to get R10 rand mtn scratch voucher which she was reluctant to give and after the reminder she threw at me. when I got home the fries where too little and the chicken was not even properly cooked. This is the KFC in Alexandra Plaza.
