Very bad and poor customer services

I was very disappointed by the service my pregnant wife n I received from KFC Mafikeng,we arrived there after 21:00 on the 28.06.23 ordered 2 street wise we were told to wait for 10 min as the the meat was finish m they had cook again, well we patiently waited as my pregnant wife craved it we waited longer only to find out that they did not give us the right order. We immediately took it back and the cashier said the packer was in a bad mood that why the mistake but what irritated me was when the supervisor came n said we should have made her aware of the special order, so I traveled +- 10 kilos to get to town just to receive such a bad service. My question is when placing an order with the cashier we’re we suppose to inform the manager on duty as coz that what she said, personally I feel that they judged me and undermanned me-***
