Very bad

Very bad. I went there to buy All Star box and chocolate milkshake. I got there and went straight to the counter, the staff told me to use the kiosk if I'm gonna use my card. Did as told, placed my order now they tell me that the ice cream is not ready meaning I have to take a loss on the milkshake.
