Very back service

We made a online order about 14:00 in the afternoon on the 26th of June 2022 because it was loadshedding from 12 till 14:00 when we got there the power was back on and the drive through was closed off so we waited about 15min the staff went in and locked the front door by that time the drivethrough had become packed with cars waiting to be served but no one opened the doors or the drivethrough some of the cars turned around and left so i got out of my car to go and ask what the problem was the staff inside shouted at me and told me that they are only opening at 15:00 they are waiting for the power to come back on i then said but there is power i ordered online what am i supposed to do now they refused to help i feel this is unacceptable i wil not be going back
