Very annoyed client

On 15 September around 06h20.i bought 2 coffee's,The outside tiles on the premisses of the KFC Irene Village was still wet.When i paid for it,i walked and fell on my side of my back.Its now 1 week later,the supervisor of the branch has phoned and 1 phone call from kfc head office.Thus far nothing has been done nor escalated.I submitted my medical claim with them,with no response.This is Africa and everthing stands still.I bet you the Kfc in the USA would react diffrently to this
