Very annoyed by the pathetic and poor service of KFC

KFC Guguletu Mall/Online order I orded this afternoon KFC which I normally do and order went through and my money was deducted, however the order did not come through I got no KFC instead I got an sms and email that my order is being canceled and my money is reversed because could not find a driver for my order which was in less than 5 minutes. I am told that I will only get my money refund between 7-14 working days which is bull**** and very stupid because if u don't want me to buy food in your restaurant KFC then give me back my money immediately to buy food elsewhere not this bull**** of almost 14 days it is very unprofessional, very annoying and very unfair. I bought food for a reason because I was hungry and I can't be told that I should wait 14 days for me to buy food elsewhere as u feel like u can just deduct my money and decide to not give me food process my order I hate KFC now and u have just lost a customer I want my money back NOW!!
