Very annoyed by KFC

I am disgusted by KFC, I placed an order online and it went through to KFC Greyston drive, after 20 Minutes i received an email that my order has been cancelled and i have been refunded, its been more than a week and i have not received my money, mind you this is not the first time not receiving a refund from KFC this clearly shows that they don't return peoples monies moreover their customer service consultants are so rude they all dropped the phone on my ear pretending not to hear me.
