Very angry

I ordered on the kfc app and the driver went to the wrong place to deliver and instead of apologizing and coming up with a solution ge gave me so much attitude and apparently took back the food to the wynberg store I'm not very happy about that because I ended up trying to order but nothing happened and now I'm going to get my money back after 14days how is that possible very angry
