Verulam kfc poor service as always

Worst kfc ever, always messing up our orders, staff are rude, and the drice thru is always so slow, today i ordered twisters and got a chicken fillet cut up to resemble a strip, if u don't have chicken strips tell us so we can change our order as paying customers we are not satisfied with your service.. pathetic ?
