value for money

Good day. I'm really not impressed with the kfc at Paul kruger and Jeff Maseloma, they always manage to give low value food to me, today 13 March 2015 is the third time I buy my box meal there and I get mash only with out the brown gravy. I was not told by the cashier today that these no gravy like the last time I was there.. even so, I feel kfc should just remove the gravy on their adverts so we don't expect it when buying there. I feel this not not value for the amount the box meal cost.
