Utterly Shocking Service

I visited the KFC at Fourways Crossing yesterday only to get to the box in the drive through to place my order and had to wait for someone to help me. When the lady finally decided to help me she was so rude and unprofessional. The employee's name is Reginah. She interrupted me while I was speaking and eventually told me they are out of chicken fillets to make any of the burger on the menu. I then asked for something else but was told they also did not have the ingredients necessary to make that meal. When I then asked her what KFC actually did have so I can order accordingly she sighed and stayed quiet. After much struggling and zero assistance from her I got to the next window to see that Reginah's demeanor and attitude was worse in person that on the voice prompt. When I got to the last window to collect my food two of the consultants were laying across the counters and looked like they were about to fall asleep and the lack of interest in their jobs was similar. When I finally got my food the chips were definitely old, ice cold and soggy. I literally could not even warm them up or eat them because they were stale old chips. It was inedible. The food and service was utterly disappointing. Inedible food, no stock in the KFC to accommodate more than half of the meals on the menu and utterly shocking service. Going forward I will rather drive a few extra kilometers to another KFC. This was shocking.
