Utterly disgusted with the delivery/online service

I waited till supper to order tje fiesta deal online for delivery. Told my family get ready for meal all hands were washed and Friday's fizzy drink and on the table. Message was sent that my order was in way, kept looking outside for delivery. Message pops telling me that order was canceled due to them not finding driver. Called call center trying to get solution and my dinner as i had only the money i used to buy food. They said they have refunded and will be available 7-14 days in my account. I asked them what must my family eat as they been eagerly waiting for the order.

Customer care was not helpful, the delivery teams teameader too did not helpful. I have never felt so weak like today because of this, promising my family food that i could not have delivered home even having done my online order.

What pains me most is that i could have bought food elsewhere now refund would be in days.

Why confirm order when there are no drivers. Why not call and give option to collect now im sitting without food and without funds.

Some lessons are better taught when bank balance is on favorable side. It would have been best to just drive to my local kfc than this nonsense. What a waste of airtime, our taste buds and and trust of online ordering vs going to the blerry kfc restaurant.

All the sorrys i heard from all I spoke to tonight could not feed my family.

KFc made me weak today i tell u. Now its just kaal bread and tea.
