Utterly Disgusted Lack Of Service

Being a loyal customer of KFC Walmer, Port Elizabeth for years.i was disgusted by the poor service and oil drenched food i was served today. I walked into the 17th Avenue branch to order a Take away meal via the kiosk machine. After sitting for plus minus 10 minutes i approached the counter to confirm the waiting time with the cashier. She stood behind the counter with the blandest unfriendliest expression, did not bother to greet me back & when i called her out on her appearance informed me she is tired mind you this was just before noon during the day...nevertheless she informed me they have no chicken because the pot in the kitchen in broken...she then proceeded to yell me there will be a 20 minute wait...After waiting for Almost 40 minutes myself & others approached the counter and was met by very rude staff who kept telling us they are tired and will check where our orders are. I eventually received my order left the shop & rushed home. Opening my food i was met by disgusting chicken drenched in oil. I tried calling to store to no avail & ended up dumping the food in the bin...I actually wasted almost an hour of my day & R120 for nothing. Extremely dissapointed in the service & staffs lack of client ownership.
