utterly disgusted

I am really disgusted. I bought a chicken and mayo toasted sandwich in the morning. When i got to work i decided to eat it. As i did so i found a tooth in it. Called thru to the branch which was mt edgecombe the one in 32 hillhead dr. Spoke to an african lady who said she is the manager. Described to her as to what happened,i felt as being mocked. She answered me by saying oh sorry, do you live around the area? Please come and collect a refund?is that customer care? I did indeed take a picture of the bread.
