Utterly disappointed with what i ordered

I am utterly disappointed in the meal I ordered via telephone ***). The order number is 775130 and temp delivery rider number: 2914.

I was told the delivery of my order will be delivered in about 45 minutes which I did not have a problem with but the shocker was when the delivery took over an hour to arrive. When the order arrived the twister was burnt ****erally), I asked that they don't put in tomatoes and they decided to. The Colonel burger was as if it was stepped on.

Without knowing what I was receiving I tipped the guy (for an order which costs R93 I gave him R 110). I ordered a burger and a twister.

The last time I used my card to pay it said KFC Koedoe****rt.

May I please be refunded my money because this is not the level of service/product I expected from you guys. If a person is not happy to take an order why not just say it so that we don't bother?
