Utter poor service!!!!

Hi ,once again utterly dissapointed!!!!!!!! 1. Utter poor service!!!!! The cashier doesn't ever understand the order you place and you need to repeat and explain your order more then 3 time! 2. Once your oder is placed and you have allready paid the promoted packaging is not available!! We ordered the bucket for one and we got a standered streetvise special for one NOT THE BUCKET as promited... Why...!???!!!??? Because there is no stock??????!!!!!!! ???? How do you run a busness the have been standing for years with kimited stock!!!

Realy this is completly unacceptable!!!!
