Utter disrespect

Went into your store on Saturday, 1 February 2020. Kfc Queenstown 4 in brewery lane. Placed my order at 21:51. I took a sit in the most uncomfortable condition. The air conditioner blowing out the coldest air ever but that is the least of my concern. Your staff were just chatting to themselves laughing having a jolly time. Fortunately I saw you have cameras please view it and tell me is this bevahiour acceptable. Fine I am sitting there waiting and it's clearly not busy but no one is preparing my order. The lady that helped at the till seemed to be the one taking orders and preparing them from the back will some of the staff just chatted away and laughing. Then after about 20 min one of the ladies who were chatting away asks if we still waiting for order which is clear from your screen that there are still orders outstanding. An order that usually takes less than 10 minutes to get while there is quite a number of customers took me just about 30 minutes in a freezing store and staff who just looked at us not bothered at all.
