Utter disgusting Attitude!

My mother visited KFC Laudium in Pretoria. she ordered 25 snack burgers over the phone. when she collected the burgers they had given her order to someone else. she agreed to wait while they prepare it the second time. the *********** staff had packed the burgers in one bag. as she left the packet broke causing all the burgers to fall. the staffs reaction was amu*****t and humiliation. they began laughing!!! no apologies no sympathy and no help! this is unacceptable. the service was absolute ******* and a visit will never be paid again!
