Utter disappointment

I'd like to express my utter disappointment and disgust with my experience at 3 KFCs yesterday morning.<br> <br> The first KFC that we went to was the one on the corner of Tana Road and Barry Hertzhog. We got there and we ordered two streetwise 2s (thigh and centre breast + thigh and drum stick)<br> <br> After being told that there were now drum sticks and we were given the big piece small piece analogy by Peter, who after trying to reason with him trying to get the pieces that would satisfy our expectations since they couldn't deliver, closed the drive thru window and said he does not have time to talk to drunk people. And we asked what the store owner would say if he heard him and whether he would be happy with a subsequent review of the footage?<br> <br> He seemed very sure of himself even after we told him that we were recording the conversation. <br> <br> We left, drove 4.3 km to the one on Braam Fischer which we found closed. <br> <br> A further 2.5 km later we got to the one on Malibongwe that had ran out of chicken. <br> <br> I'd like to thank you for your customer service. It's outstandingly shocking.
