Usless service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever did a online order to save time. Money taken out of my acc but my order is missing and not on there system strugled for an hour to get a hold of someone for assistance at there customer "no" service department only to be told that its a problem on there side and it will take 7 to 14 woorkdays for them to refund me R270 after i have completed and email the form back that thy will email to me now whel 2 hours later still no email i have phond theme after 1 hour and the person that "assisted" me will cal me back asap. That was a hour ago. Like there asap useless.
