Useless staff and an *********** manager.

Incompetence is the order of the day at this messed up branch. I've gone into the branch for the first time in years as I always use the drive through, I've placed my order on one of the two machines they have instore and the machine showed that if I'm paying cash I should pay when collecting my meal after waiting about 15 to 20 min for my meal to show on the collection board, I eventually went to the casher to pay & collect, then my order moved back to last in line of the coming soon side of the notice screen, when I inquired on why this happened the casher told me cos I'm only paying now, my meal will only be made up now, so I had to wait another 15 min for my order to be put together and when I requested for the manager to complain, the manager who was standing right there just looked at me and shrugged after I asked her why I was not told to pay after ordering she could not answer me and there was a woman who could have told me that at the machines as she saw me place my order. So I told them they ****** *********** as the customer service sucks, they just ignored me and carried on with what they were doing at which point I cancelled my order. KFC should employ competent people that wants to work and that have people skills cos the staff of the day has none. Bunch of idiots. Damn wasted my time.
