Useless staff

Went to KFC naboom to buy food as we're on our way to the funeral now we ask for a loo and was told that it is not working we can either use the one at the garage or few shops from the KFC which baffles me how do you operate when you don't have proper working rest rooms and you expect customers to go elsewhere and the funny part about everything is that I had to pay for the dirty loo I went to which does not even have running water, it smells of urine and doesn't even flush now I went back to the store to demand for the R6 that me, my child and sibling had to use I don't understand why I must pay for a loo yet its funny that most of your stores won't even offer any person a loo if they have not purchased at your store and one would need to produce proof that they purchased anything at your store, this is bull**** and I find it disgusting and uncalled for and what ****ed me off the most is the disrespect of the supervisor there who has a stinking attitude and has bullies that come to your store that get biased and talk **** about people because their simply from Johannesburg which I find ****ing uncalled for and pathetic who the **** does that biased man think he is and their decency to exchange numbers with your ****ing stuff to attest to the ****ty service I received simply because I am the black woman here who must just agree to any and every pathetic ****ty service and not complain because fellow blacks work there **** it iam also and employee elsewhere and have ****ing customer service and I treat my customers with respect that is due to them and become polite at all times, should I catch a uti since I used a dirty loo that has no running water, sanitizer and doesn't flush will you cover my costs you guys are bullies and full of ****
