USELESS staff

KFC southway mall durban - Useless service - ordered a fully loaded box meal x2, 10 dunked wings and a reg twister meal. Get home and get a lunchbox meal x2 10 dunked wings and NO twister meal. Yet my slip has the original order. Tried phoning the branch to let them know they had messed up the order lady answers says hello, and before i can repond puts down the phone... Close down that KFC or hire more compedent staff, extremely damaging the KFC brand. Make changes or close your doors.
