Useless Service and Delivery from KFC

Pathetic Service, I went to kfc Newlands West .. the cashier using the speed point swiped my credit card 3 times and money was taken from my account, i was not given my meal I then spoke to Musa the manager and I waited over an hour and then I called the area manager Hlengiwe Dlamini who is absolutely useless and she refused to give me the owners contact details. I am disgusted with the service from KFC... My money is still not refunded. I want to speak to the owner of KFC... the area manager told me she is not worried if I lodge a social media complaint.
