Useless online ordering

This has got to be the most completely and utterly useless business I have ever had to deal with in my life. I keep trying to order food online for collection, and it never works! I have tried countless times to use the online ordering and it is absolutely useless! I have contacted KFC numerous times about this and they just seem incapable of getting it right. I am DONE! I will NEVER buy from KFC again :(
