Useless online app

I have been trying to order from last night with no success. I am ordering now and still no success like what the hell is the point of having online ordering for delivery and not actually deliver on the simple online purchase. The app kept on telling me they can't process my order and I should try later. Trying 15 minutes again only to find the same response. Now it is telling it can't process my order with no reason. And then again it tells me I must speak to my bank because it can't process my order due to too much activity like what the hell because I have been trying to order since yesterday like what. Fix this online thing be3it is depressing and frustrating to keep on ordering the same thing with no success and then only for the fault to be blamed on my bank when it is actually the apps fault. If it accepted my order long ago I would not have such useless problems.
