Useless Management!

I went in the drive thru in kfc waited quite long even though it was quite I did not understand the wait. I then placed the order for ice cream only to be told they have no cones. My daughter enjoys this ice cream and she was really disappointed. I called for the manager and spoke to Senzo who have no customer service experience. He just kept arguing the point which made no sense and he did not even look for a resolution and I just drove off. This is the last time I go to kfc. This is not a manager he is just someone who have been given the title. Patetic I tell you !!!!
