Useless KFC Modimolle

We made a confirmed online order with order number ect for KFC Modimolle. Upon arrival to be told, they have no online orders. We then wanted to order the online order at the window. Low and behold they dont have Dunked pops, we just ordered online, according to them its not available anymore. What horrible service!
