USELESS KFC

kfc is the most useless bunch of clowns around. this is the second time I have ordered on their app a double crunch meal for delivery to my office, and they only come here with the burger. R97 then the driver says no but the store (Lambton) says its only a burger not a meal, I even wrote dont forget my chips and coke in the message. Really how difficult is it?????? THIS IS THE LAST TIME KFC WILL EVER GET MY SUPPORT!!! Then the customer care consultant still has the cheek to tell me not to swear, really.....
