Useless KFC

No stars for these guys,

Very poor follow up on customers requests or query.

I was supposed to have gotten a call from the kfc gatemax branch in Umhlanga regarding the poor services delivered, however i havent gotten any feedback and its going for weeks now, so i thought id share my bad experience with these guys yet again.

KFC Should promote more customer orientated people in the business rather than just anybody, and if just anybody, perhaps training first before duty.
