Useless ****ing company with useless staff.

I am so livid and disappointed at how they handled my case. I ordered food on their app, money was deducted and now they're telling me no refund will be made because the problem is not on their side. I asked for a voucher or the food in return,they're not even willing to do that. I am done ! This will not be the last they heard from me !
