useless drive through....hardly works

i went to purchase at kfc bp modise via drive through on 11/03/2021. they advised i have to wait 15mins for wings and they will bring them for me to the parking lot in my car. i waited 30 minutes not receiving the order and then i decided to send my daughter to check and they said 4minutes then will get. my daughter had to go back and the order was just put there on side cold and stale without bringing the order to us. and the ladies made funny comments. what is the purpose of drive through? i used drive through as i have a hip problem..the ***********, rude staff still when on and on. i went in to talk to them they all ignored me and went into the kitchen. why is it that they still have the drive through facility. the staff at this kfc dont have service and respect for customers.
