Useless drive through because you alwya still have to wait

Terrible service recieved from KFC CENTURION. even the manager telling me to wait 10 min for a reciept in the parking Lott. Why do you have a drive through if you can never just deliver in the drive through. We must always wait... Wait.. Dissapointed
