Useless ,Annoying , *********** and no TCF.

KFC is ridiculous , KFC Germiston cant even solve a customers complaint , not because they cant but simply because they care about their customers they only care abut their money. They serve meat thats not even well cooked. They give you an incomplete order .When a customer complains on their website it gets sent to the store level , because of their procedure but do they care to follow up with the store NO they don`t. Store level is totally useless , and I mean *********** and they have never replaced my order until today. I complained on the 11 January 2018 and I only got an email from Germiston on the 28th . I asked about a resolution and yet no one and I mean no body has even bothered to tell me how my order will be fixed.
