Use bare hands to serve

Yesterday the 6/08/15 I stopped at KFC at Blue Hills. I placed my order and while waiting for my order I noticed that the staff use their bare hands to place food. I asked the lady at till Sbongil why they are not wearing gloves or using utensils. She said thus how they do things and it would remain so. I said but thus not hygienic because one of the ladies was scratching her hair she said but she has a net on her head.<br> And she was talking with attitude and she screamed next.....<br> <br> When I got to the car and giving my daughter her pops I realised they didn't even put in serviette nor salt, tomato sauce. My daughter wanted tomato sauce but I couldn't drive back for the sauce, which I believe it was deliberate omission.<br> <br> I feel sorry for the franchisee that would loose clients because of such and sorry for the franchisor that would have bad reputation for such .
