URGENT ASSISTANCE

I bought zinger wings, coleslaw, streetwise 2, got to the office and the chicken in the streetwise 2 was not cleaned at all and neither was the zinger wings...had blood that was coming out while eating it, the coleslaw was smelling so sour that we had to seal it immediately, i complain numerous times to the manager at the KFC store in Bothasig but seems like nothing gets done yet i always support them, do suggestions not get taken into consideration? i am highly disappointed in the service due to the fact when i request something specific i get home and then get the opposite of what i order.
