Urgent!!!

This is the 7th same to the KFC in Silversands in Phoenix that I visited and was turned down with no ice cream and have to have for chicken,that is why we purchase at KFC plaza.but it is very disappointing cause this KFC is the closest to my home. The service is ridiculous and the customer service is hopeless,the chicken is always so dry and oily,the workers are rude and never have a smile on their faces. My kids and I love KFC and it's very disappointing that we have to drive another 5km just to get our meals. Please do something about this.
