urgency

18th of October 2015 at 04:03 I was at Botshabelo KFC and had to wait 15-20minutes to be assisted(only one cashier)Once Nthabise assisted me I ordered Dunked wings ,streetwise 2 and a Krusher.I was told the wasn't any Krusher(yet I had just seen another client been given one)this wasn't the first occasion were I wanted something and it wasn't available(ice cream a week back wasn't available).I got my order and went home to eat but found that the chicken smelt and tasted burnt.My complaint is the lack of urgency that was displayed as Nthabise seemed to be unable to work the system as her colleague had to pack and assist her.Again the false advertising where Krusher/Ice cream is part of the product offering yet the isn't any.I expect the same type of service and product offering at every KFC across the country not selected stores only.
